Ryan Reeves, Chief Operations Officer

Ryan ReevesRyan received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Georgia. He currently is tasked with grant development, maintenance, and administration. He performs research and due diligence utilizing various tools to provide clients with value enhanced services.

Since Ryan joined the Community Spec team in early 2007, he has been responsible for sales and marketing activities for financial and grant consulting services yielding a 90 percent success outcome. He interfaces directly with federal and state governments officials for grant regulation compliance and advancement of client priorities.
                   



                   

Marcia Kelly, Client Services Specialist

Marcia KellyBefore joining Community Spec, Marcia was a Human Resources Manager with a background in program start-ups and dynamic business growth environments.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education at Winthrop College, and she served as Grant Manager for South Carolina’s Work Force Initiative Program. Her role was to locate resources and coordinate curriculum development with employers’ goals and objectives for up-grading the workplace literacy skills of existing employees. Additionally, she worked as Business Development Manager for a staffing service.
                   



                   

Billie Gotsch, Director of Administrative Services

Billie GotschBillie’s professional interests formed at a young age, stemming from an urge to help people in whatever way necessary. This desire fueled her decision to study psychology at the University of Georgia. After earning her Bachelor’s degree, she continued doing various community projects with an emphasis on the environment.

Prior to joining Community Spec, she was an instructor at a Job Corps operated by the U.S. Forest Service in North Carolina.

                   



                   

Brad Hardin, P.C. and CPA

Brad HardinAfter years of practice as a certified public accountant, specializing in corporate/private entrepreneur accounting, Mr. Hardin received his Juris Doctorate degree. His non-public accounting career consisted of service as business firm administrator and manager. Currently, he conducts services from his own business focusing on legal, financial and tax consultation, specializing in compliance requirements for small to medium sized companies.
