Marcia Kelly, Client Services Specialist
Before joining Community Spec, Marcia was a Human Resources Manager with a background in program start-ups and dynamic business growth environments.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education at Winthrop College, and she served as Grant Manager for South Carolina’s Work Force Initiative Program. Her role was to locate resources and coordinate curriculum development with employers’ goals and objectives for up-grading the workplace literacy skills of existing employees. Additionally, she worked as Business Development Manager for a staffing service.
Brad Hardin, P.C. and CPA
After years of practice as a certified public accountant, specializing in corporate/private entrepreneur accounting, Mr. Hardin received his Juris Doctorate degree. His non-public accounting career consisted of service as business firm administrator and manager. Currently, he conducts services from his own business focusing on legal, financial and tax consultation, specializing in compliance requirements for small to medium sized companies.
